For years we have been hearing that a healthy lifestyle is the guarantee of success if you want to maintain your immune system. But this formula does not seem convincing to all of us. So we resort to immunomodulators, supplements and artificial vitamins. Moreover, there are also those who ‘protect’ their immune system during the pandemic by refusing vaccination. According to data from the Kharkiv Institute for Social Research, one-third of all Ukrainians don’t trust vaccination in general.

So which of the means to improve your immune system are effective? How does vaccination affect your body and its protective function? What myths about immunity prevent us from overcoming the challenges of the new reality associated with COVID-19?
