The armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine and the occupation of Crimea have become a turning point for many Ukrainians. People have lost their loved ones, jobs, homes, and in return they got health problems instead, both physical and mental. Victims of hostilities often have to overcome consequences of wounds, and deal with mental health issues & exacerbated chronic conditions on their own. In all the years of the war, the government has not managed to fully establish mechanisms for helping the victims. What is the problem with the rehabilitation process that is offered? What steps should the government take to improve the situation?
