The film tells the story of seven ballerinas. Each day of the week, we meet a new character, from the youngest ballet dancer to a ballet teacher. The episodes filmed in a dance class are a poignant picture of the transience of time. Later, one of the film’s female characters, Ewa Wycichowska, became the prima ballerina, choreographer and director of the Polish Dance Theater in Poznań.
