6-year-old Tom, who has studying difficulties, constantly films things: the street, the dog, his addicted mother, his sister who works as an escort, and his grandma, who’s tired of everyone.
13-year-old Hodor’s family lives in a Palestinian refugee camp in Beirut, Lebanon. The boy tries to make an ID which will prove his existence. The law does not recognise illegitimate children, so Hodor has no right to education, access to health care or even permission to be outside the camp. His personal struggle against the system reveals many old family secrets.
