In addition to destroying, Russia also robs Ukrainian museums. It started long before the full-scale invasion. But it must end after our victory with the repatriation and restitution of cultural treasures.

But is it easy to do? How are damages calculated and how the stolen items are accounted for? What are the mechanisms of return? And will we be able to return everything?
