Health care in places of detention is either non-existent or only provided selectively. This situation leads to severe complications, and sometimes even the untimely deaths of inmates. The Kharkiv Human Rights Group will talk about the existing situation in more detail and present their vision for reforming health care in penal institutions. The discussion will also involve a former convict, Oleh Tsvily, who was tortured at Temnovska Penal Colony No. 100, as well as the recently released Ihor Rybchynsky, who will share the story of his illness within the walls of a correctional colony
