Amidst the bright lights of Las Vegas, there is the sign of the Roaring 20s bar, which is soon to be replaced by a new one. On its last opening day, the bar welcomes street philosophers, former actresses, and local drunkards. Over the course of the years, the bar has formed a tight-knit community, teetering between dignity and debauchery. They throw the last party, bidding farewell to the place that has given them a new family.
