From a gallery in Oslo, two unknown people stole paintings by the artist Barbora Kysilkova. The police managed to track down the thieves, but not the paintings. Barbora took matters into her own hands and decided to come to the court hearing, hoping to get her artwork back. But instead of paintings, she forms an unusual friendship with the thief. The camera follows their relationship over the next three years. During this time, the incredible story of a relationship born out of a crime unfolds.
