Another working day at the Ursus Tractor Factory on the outskirts of Warsaw. While the production committees are holding a meeting, the employees are working up a sweat in the halls. The meeting of the management, which is allegedly looking for ways to improve working conditions, is counterpointed by the gloomy picture of factory reality, which takes place against the backdrop of bureaucracy, callousness, misunderstandings, and poor organisation.
