As a result of the full-scale war, thousands of Ukrainian families have lost their homes, and city infrastructure has suffered major destruction. Many Ukrainians who have left their homes fleeing from the war want to return and actively participate in rebuilding their communities. How should the process of rebuilding and modernising Ukrainian towns and cities go? How can communities influence the process of rebuilding so that everyone’s interests are taken into account?
